Eating places in Milngavie:
There are a number of local pubs and restaurants within a short walk.

Glasgow: Glasgow is approx 7 miles from Milngavie and is one of the UK’s top cities of culture. Frequent train and bus services operate and the journey is about 25 minutes .

We are within about 25 minutes drive from the beautiful Loch Lomond to the North and Trossachs National Park with Loch Ard, Loch Chon, Loch Arklet, Loch Katrine, Loch Achray and Loch Venacher and Scotland’s only “lake”, the Lake of Mentieth to the east. On the road you pass our local Glengoyne Distillery which offers guided tours and is highly recommended.
